About this space

The courtyard is shielded from street noise on every side, so afternoons here are quiet enough for reading, phone calls or coffee in the morning sun. Sparrows are the regular soundtrack.

Saturday evenings (May–September, weather permitting) the BBQ fires up — bring whatever you’d like to grill from Kaufland at the end of the street; charcoal and tools are on the house.

Wi-Fi reaches the courtyard, and there’s room for a laptop on the long bench under the trees. Quiet hours apply outdoors too: low-volume conversation only between 22:00 and 09:00.
