About this space

Stainless-steel sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and an espresso machine are stocked and ready 24/7 — tea and hot water are free for every guest; coffee is not free, but you can brew your own if you bring or buy coffee. Plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery are in the cupboards above the counter.

Three large fridges keep groceries cold and labelled. Put the tape on your food box or container, not on the whole shelf: name and check-out date. The fridges are for food boxes and containers only, not pots, pans or cookware used for cooking; wash those immediately so other guests can use them. Kaufland is 250 m away at the end of the street, with Carrefour and Piața Matache 5–7 minutes on foot.

Quiet hours apply (22:00–09:00) — the kitchen stays open all night, but please keep clinking and conversation low after 22:00 out of respect for sleeping guests. Wash your dishes and utensils when you’re done; cleaning supplies are on the sink, ready to use.

Fridges are cleaned every Monday: expired food, unlabelled food and food with a past check-out date is thrown away. Everything placed in a fridge must be labelled; unlabelled food is considered free for everyone. Stealing labelled food from fridges or cupboards automatically cancels the reservation without refund; serious theft may also be reported to the police.

Yes — the kitchen is open 24/7. Quiet hours (22:00–09:00) apply, so please keep noise low at night out of respect for sleeping guests.

Are utensils and cookware provided?

Yes. Pots, pans, knives, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery are all in the cupboards. Microwave, kettle, toaster, stove and espresso machine are ready to use. There is no conventional oven.

Where can I store food?

Use the three shared fridges, but only for food boxes or containers. Label every container with your name and check-out date; do not label the shelf. Every Monday, expired food, unlabelled food and food with a past check-out date is cleared.

What happens if someone takes food from a fridge or cupboard?
